Managed the Management Associates Program, a company-wide management development program for high potential professionals in the U.S. and Europe. Held annual conference to develop leadership skills and provide an opportunity for associates to meet with senior management.

o Improved succession management by partnering with senior management to create mentoring relationships and identify domestic and international rotational assignments to prepare associates for senior level management positions.
Career management consulting to executive, exempt, and non-exempt professionals in a broad range of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, information technology, and manufacturing. Conduct job search preparation courses in-person and via webinar to help professionals successfully launch and accelerate the job search.
